Christa Lucas has extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Associate Vice President of Medicine Operations and System Director of Rehabilitation Services at Geisinger since June 2017. Prior experience at Geisinger includes roles as Manager and Supervisor of Rehabilitation Services, as well as Physical Therapist from June 2004 to 2017. Christa's expertise encompasses engagement, strategic planning, human resource management, business development, care planning, Crucial Conversations, Lean Strategy, Change Management, and budget forecasting. Christa holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton and both a Doctorate of Physical Therapy and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Misericordia University.
