Clint Rounsfull is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business development and project management within the real estate and construction sectors. As the Director of National Business Development at Geis Companies since May 2023, Clint oversees strategic initiatives and client engagements. Prior to this role, Clint spent over a decade at JLL, holding various leadership positions including Managing Director and SVP, where responsibilities included advising Fortune 1000 companies on real estate programs, negotiating leases, and managing complex construction projects. Clint’s background also includes project management at Rectenwald Brothers Construction, Inc., as well as serving as President of Rounsfull Homes, overseeing residential construction and development. Clint holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Allegheny College.
