Kim Carlton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GEICO since October 2023. Prior to this role, Kim held the position of Director of Quality, Programs & Process at Aware, where significant advancements in Quality Engineering and Business Reengineering were achieved. Kim's previous experience includes leading Quality Assurance and Process Optimization at Olive, ensuring HIPAA compliance and establishing a Quality Center of Excellence. At Outmatch, now Harver, Kim optimized the Software Testing Life Cycle and implemented automation strategies. A solid educational foundation includes an MBA from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wentworth Institute of Technology.
