Douglas Suddarth

Douglas Suddarth has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Douglas began their career in the US Navy, serving as a Naval Officer from 1989 to 1996. Following their military service, they worked in various roles at Schneider National, including Director of Operations and Planning, where they managed transportation networks and led large-scale projects. Douglas also served as the Field Operations/Eastern Region Transportation Manager, responsible for overseeing transportation management outsourced from a major US automaker.

Suddarth later joined Kohler Co. as the Director of Corporate (Global) Transportation & Logistics, where they oversaw global transportation and logistics operations. Douglas then moved on to England Logistics, where they served as the Managing Director of Supply Chain, responsible for supply chain management.

In 2015, Suddarth joined Lineage Logistics as the Senior Vice President, contributing to the company's transformation into a complete supply chain solutions provider. Douglas was also involved in strategy development and profit growth.

Suddarth later joined Technicolor as the Senior Director of Supply Chain, overseeing supply chain operations. Currently, they serve as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Gehr Industries, a company involved in wire and cable manufacturing and distribution.

Throughout their career, Suddarth has demonstrated leadership skills, strategic thinking, and expertise in supply chain and operations management. Douglas has also worked in international contexts and has experience in managing budgets and resources.

Douglas Suddarth pursued higher education at the University of Virginia from 1985 to 1989. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in History and Political Science. Later, from 1995 to 1996, Douglas attended the William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Operations Management and Supervision.
