Todd Harrison, Ed.D., is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent management across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Leadership Academies at GE HealthCare, Todd previously held significant roles such as Director of Global Organizational Effectiveness and Talent at Delta Faucet Company and Senior Director of Talent at Ascension. A military veteran with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, Todd commanded the 168th Military Police Battalion and led operations in a combat environment. Todd holds a Doctorate in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University, along with multiple degrees in Human Resource Development and Journalism.
