Curtis Rice is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in manufacturing, supply chain management, and strategic planning across multiple industries. Currently, as Plant Manager of the Repair Operations Center at GE Healthcare, Curtis focuses on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people management. Previously, as Director of Operations and Plant Manager at Hillrom, Curtis drove operational excellence for the Diagnostic Cardiology product line, overseeing a $120M annual sales operation. Curtis's extensive career also includes significant roles at GE Healthcare, where leadership spanned global supplier management and production operations, as well as experience in lean manufacturing at Cramer Coil & Transformer and MTI Electronics. Curtis is a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Platoon Leader during Operation Desert Shield/Storm. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Milwaukee School of Engineering and a Bachelor's degree from Marquette University.
