Jim Norton has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Management Consultant at Casa Commerce, LLC, where they led the design and launch of numerous successful e-commerce websites. Jim then joined Jentay Group as an Operations Manager, implementing lean manufacturing principles and redesigning production flow to improve profitability.
In 2015, Jim transitioned to Nuvera Fuel Cells, LLC, where they became Senior Manager of Customer Solutions, establishing and leading the company's first centralized customer solutions group. Jim coordinated new product development and managed customer success from initial order to aftermarket service.
Jim continued their career at Edwards Vacuum, starting as a Customer Experience Manager, optimizing customer support and retention. Jim later took on the role of Operations Manager, implementing lean continuous improvement initiatives that led to significant operational improvements and output increases.
Their most recent experience is at Gefran, where they currently hold the position of Operations Manager and Lean Advocate.
Jim Norton has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of Oregon. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
