Christie Dao is an accomplished advisor and director with extensive experience in organizational development, talent management, and business optimization across multiple sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor at LinHart Group, Christie partners with SME leaders to enhance business capabilities and support talent initiatives. As Director of Capability & Organization Optimization at GECO Asia, Christie leads the “Upskill Today” division, recognized for its innovative training and development strategies. Christie's diverse background includes roles at Amazon as a book author, Ingeus Singapore as a career coach, and Intel Technology Asia, where Christie held various managerial positions in marketing and operations. Christie holds an MBA in Operations Management and a B.S. in International Business from Golden Gate University, in addition to completing the altMBA program and achieving executive education at NUS Business School.
