Erik Bohlken has been working in the engineering field since 1996. Erik began their career at Wilbert Plastic Services (formerly Triangle Plastics) as a Project Engineer and CNC Programmer. In 2002, they moved to Geater Machining & Mfg where they were employed as the Machining Engineering Manager.

Erik Bohlken earned a Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Technology from the University of Northern Iowa between 1991 and 1996.
