Kathryn is the Vice President of Delivery at GearsCRM and oversees all of GearsCRM’s delivery team. She has been working with GearsCRM customers for over five years helping manage and improve their Sales and Service cloud instances. Her background in operations and data analytics, combined with her Salesforce expertise serves her well in assisting GearsCRM clients in navigating through technology and process changes.

Prior to joining GearsCRM, Kathryn spent 12 years in business analyst and operations roles. She has experience in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Service organizations implementing and managing business solutions in both the public and private sectors. She takes pride in being hands-on while tackling business challenges.
