Kadek Apriliani Dwi Yunita is a human resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Gear Inc. since April 2023, following a role as a Human Resources Intern. Kadek has extensive experience as Chief Operating Officer at Lentera Belajar Indonesia since September 2019, overseeing fundraising and human resource development, while successfully managing recruitment processes. Previous roles include serving on the Shadow Teacher Team and as a Therapist Assistant at Cahaya Suci Psychology Consulting. Kadek also contributed to Ikatan Lembaga Mahasiswa Psikologi Indonesia and Badan Perwakilan Mahasiswa FK Unud as a staff member. Kadek holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universitas Udayana, completed in 2022.
