Tito Zavanella started their career in 1988 as a Researcher in Laser Technology at CISE S.p.a. In 1991, they joined GEA Consulenti di Direzione as the Managing Director. Throughout their twenty-year experience in GEA, they provided assistance to leading companies in various industries and sectors. In 1994, they became a Senior Consultant, followed by an Engagement Manager in 1997 and a Partner in 2001. From 2007 to 2009, Tito held the role of Senior Partner.

Tito Zavanella has a diverse and extensive education history. In 1977, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree at Liceo Scientifico. From 1983 to 1988, they attended Politecnico di Milano, earning full marks in Mechanical Engineering. Tito furthered their education at MIP Politecnico di Milano from 1990 to 1991, obtaining their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration. In 1995, they participated in an executive education program focused on Retailing at Harvard Business School. In 1999, Tito attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business for executive education, specializing in Supply Chain Management.
