Leifje Dighton currently serves as Executive Director and Plant Manager for Decatur, AL Top Freezer Refrigeration Operations at GE Appliances, a Haier company, since March 2014. Responsibilities encompass employee development, exceeding customer product expectations, and driving profitability through optimized manufacturing and sourcing strategies. Prior roles within GE Appliances and Roper Corporation/General Electric include Senior Director of Environmental, Health & Safety, where Dighton managed EHS&S operations for a $10B business, and Program Manager for a large NPI program. Dighton's extensive experience includes leadership in various manufacturing and engineering roles, with a focus on continuous improvement, safety, and operational excellence. Leifje Dighton holds a Bachelor of Industrial & Systems Engineering from Auburn University and has pursued a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Florida.
