Dash Liu has worked at GE Appliances as a Principal Program Manager since 2020. Prior to this, they worked at Cummins Inc. in various roles including Engineering Manager from 2018 to 2020, Global Validation Leader from 2015 to 2018, Senior Combustion, Performance, Emission Engineer from 2012 to 2015, and Emission Development Engineer from 2010 to 2012. In these roles, Dash Liu was responsible for managing cross-functional teams, developing validation plans, implementing validation strategies, optimizing engine performance, and evaluating emission regulations.
Dash Liu earned a Ph.D in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Riverside from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, Dash Liu also obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Mechanical Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology from 2007 to 2011. Dash Liu holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Environmental Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, which was completed from 2005 to 2007. Dash Liu's educational journey began with a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Beijing Institute of Technology, attained between 2001 and 2005.
