Tim Carpenter is a seasoned professional in the aerospace industry with extensive experience in thermal spray processes and engineering. Since April 2014, Tim has held various roles at GE Aerospace, including Coatings Staff Engineer and Lead Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on process development and inspection techniques. Concurrently, Tim has served on the Board of Education for Monroe Local Schools since November 2013, participating in the Facilities and Finance Committees and previously acting as Board Vice President. Prior experience includes positions at Standard Aero as a Thermal Spray Operator and at Cincinnati Thermal Spray, where Tim was responsible for the application of metal and ceramic coatings. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor's and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
