Rodolfo Fernandez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rodolfo is currently working at GE Aerospace as a Lead Design Engineer, where they started in May 2023. Prior to this, they held the role of Design Engineer at the same company from December 2021 to May 2023.

Before joining GE Aerospace, Rodolfo served as a Senior Engineer & Founder at Tracklight starting from January 2020.

From December 2019 onwards, Rodolfo was involved with ASME at Florida International University in various positions. Rodolfo served as an Engineering Design Advisor from December 2019, where they provided technical advice and guidance. Rodolfo also held the role of Chief of Engineers for the Rocket Team from January to December 2019, leading various projects in rocketry, model planes, aviation, and drone racing. Additionally, they served as the President of the ASME chapter from August 2018 to January 2019, playing a pivotal role in revamping the chapter and managing team projects and responsibilities.

Rodolfo's work experience also includes roles at Grayscale Partners as a Sustainable Design Engineer from December 2020 to December 2021, at Positive Pressure Ventil Aid as a Senior Design Engineer from August to December 2020, and at Boeing as a Mechanical Engineer Intern from May to August 2019.

Early in their career, Rodolfo worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at FIU Mechanical and Materials Engineering from November 2017 to December 2019, gaining valuable research experience.

Overall, Rodolfo Fernandez has a strong background in engineering design, project management, and technical advising gained from their diverse work experiences in the aerospace, technology startup, research, and engineering organizations.

Rodolfo Fernandez attended Florida International University's College of Engineering & Computing from 2015 to 2019. Rodolfo obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a specialization in Engineering Design.
