Lauren Burns is a Senior HR Leader at GE Aerospace since September 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Previously, Lauren served as the Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Leggett & Platt from September 2021 to August 2023. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of Proactive HR LLC from July 2012 to September 2021, Lauren provided HR and talent consulting services to various regional and global organizations. Additionally, from October 2004 to November 2010, Lauren was the Global Human Resources Director at DuPont, focusing on talent management, executive coaching, and HR strategy implementation. Lauren holds a BA in Psychology and Political Science from Stony Brook University and furthered education at Cornell University.
