Dominik Stępniewski has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Dominik started their career as a Praktykant at 36. Specjalny Pułk Lotnictwa Transportowego WP in 2010. Dominik then worked as a Process Engineer Intern at Faurecia from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2017, Dominik served as a Design Engineer at Katcon. Dominik then joined Airbus in 2018, where they worked as a Senior Design Engineer from January to April and as a Space Technologies Development Specialist from April to December. In 2019, they joined B��������WARNER POWER DRIVE SYSTEMS as a Manufacturing Process Engineer until May 2021. Dominik worked as a Procurement Manager at S.A.B. Aerospace from June 2021 to March 2022. Currently, Dominik is a Lead Engineer at GE Aviation, starting from April 2022.

Dominik Stępniewski attended Politechnika Warszawska from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained an Inżynier (Inż.) degree in the field of study of Mechanika i Budowa Maszyn.
