Aleks Trajanovski has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Aleks began their career as a Powerplant Engineer at LTQ Engineering Pty Ltd, where they focused on commercial jet engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul. Aleks then joined BAE Systems Australia as a Production Engineer, contributing to the production of the HMAS Canberra aircraft carrier for the Australian Navy. At CSL, they worked as a Business & Operations Analyst, handling financial reporting and capital management for large-scale projects in the Engineering group. Most recently, they have worked at GE Aerospace, first as a Lead Field Service Engineer providing on-site customer support for commercial accounts in Korea. Aleks then transitioned to the role of Sales & Commercial Proposals Director, responsible for managing and executing large and complex commercial deals for airline customers across the APAC region. Throughout their career, Aleks has demonstrated strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.

Aleks Trajanovski completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a focus on Management from RMIT University, spanning from 2005 to 2011. In addition, they also pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a specialization in Aerospace from the same university between 2005 and 2009.
