Marc Mole serves as the Business Intelligence Manager at GDST since June 2023, previously holding the position of Data and SIMS Manager within the same organization from September 2021 to April 2023. With a robust background in data management, Marc has worked on enhancing data accessibility and creating strategic dashboards using Power BI across 25 schools. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Data Engineer at Ofqual, focusing on coordinating data collections for the Summer 2021 Examination series, and a significant tenure at Nottingham Girls' High School, where Marc led data initiatives and contributed to curriculum development as an Assistant Headteacher. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Data Science from Loughborough University and a PGCE from the University of Nottingham, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Birmingham.
