In November 2016, Mr. Stanford joined Ainsworth Inc., the Company’s multi-trade services subsidiary, following Ainsworth’s acquisition of Direct Energy Business Services Limited and became President shortly thereafter. In June 2019, Mr. Stanford was appointed as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Ainsworth Inc. and its wholly-owned subsidiaries. Previously, Mr. Stanford held the position of President of Direct Energy Business Services Limited from 2013 to 2016. Prior to his role at Direct Energy Business Services Limited, Mr. Stanford held various management positions with several companies involved in the maintenance and repair of building systems.
