Shane Pierce is a highly experienced aviation professional with a diverse background in instruction, evaluation, and management. Currently serving as an Instructor Pilot and Instrument Examiner at GDC Middle East since November 2023, Shane is responsible for training and evaluating pilots in UH-60M aircraft. Previously, as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Tennessee AIR since April 2021, Shane focuses on HVAC and indoor air quality. Shane has held multiple roles at Vinnell Arabia and Air Methods, enhancing pilot training and risk management in medical air transport. Experience in the US Army includes serving as a Standardization Instructor Pilot and Senior Compliance Officer. Shane also has a foundation in management and compliance from earlier roles in finance and operations, backed by a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
