Tomas Laho is a skilled medical writer with extensive experience in clinical research and academia. Currently employed at GCP-Service International since March 2021, Tomas previously held roles as a Senior CRA and Medical Writer at Syneos Health and worked as a Clinical Research Associate at QuintilesIMS. With earlier experience as an in-house CRA at ICON plc and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Charles University, Tomas has a strong foundation in pharmacology and molecular biology, focusing on gene transcription and metabolic pathways. Additional research involvement at the University of Arizona included studying renal elimination related to fatty liver disease. Tomas holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (MVDr.) degree from The University of Veterinary Medicine and Pharmacy in Košice.
