Feng Xu has extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, currently serving as an Associate in the Legal/Risk Management Department at GCL New Energy, Inc. since October 2017. Prior experience includes roles as a Leveraged and Acquisition Finance Associate at Haitong International Securities Group Limited and an IPO Associate at GF Securities. Additionally, Feng Xu interned at Capstone Investment Company and GCL Solar Energy, Inc., and worked as an Associate to a Relationship Manager at Standard Chartered Bank. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Finance from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Iowa.
