Kristina Romero SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, has over three decades of experience in human resources and compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at GCI Communication Corp. since April 2010, Kristina has also held positions including Senior Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, and Compensation & Benefits Administrator within the company. Prior to GCI Communication Corp., Kristina worked at Target for over 20 years, advancing to the role of Executive Team Leader - Human Resources. Kristina holds an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree in History and Psychology, both from the University of Alaska Southeast.
