Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in organic product retail, compliance, nutrition, and academia. As the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store specializing in organic body care products. Concurrently, since January 2016, Mariana has served as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. Previous experience includes ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practice as a nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019, and teaching at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017, covering applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food. Mariana holds a Diplomatura in Administration and Management of Enterprises from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Licenciatura in Food, Nutrition, and Well-being from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
