Gar Heintzelman is the current Director of Valuation at GBX Group. Prior to this, they worked as Research Manager at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank from April 2013 to September 2016. Gar has also worked as Project Manager at Safeguard Properties from January 2010 to December 2013.

Gar Heintzelman holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning, Design, and Development from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Denison University.
