Louise Hoult is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in training, development, and clinical management. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Development for GBUK Group since June 2019, Louise has effectively targeted new IV business within NHS trusts while ensuring cost savings and comprehensive product training for clinical staff. Previous roles include National Nurse Manager at Bionical Solutions, where leadership was provided to a team of Heart Failure Specialist nurses, and a Senior Professional Development Manager at Fresenius Kabi, overseeing the Clinical Advice Line team. With a nursing career that began in 2006 with a Dip (HE) in Adult Nursing from De Montfort University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Louise possesses strong clinical skills, including advanced trauma life support, and has been recognized for delivering exceptional patient care in various nursing capacities.
