Richard Hein has extensive experience in IT and managed services, currently serving as Services Leader at GBM Qatar since July 2019, overseeing enterprise systems services for Qatar. Previously, Richard held roles as a Managed Services/SDDC/EUC Consultant at 2K Kenya and as Solution Manager for Emerging Africa at IBM, focusing on data centre solutions and enterprise managed services across Central, East, and West Africa. Richard's career includes positions as Principal Architect for Data Centre Solutions at Seven Seas Technologies, Senior Solutions Architect at Dimension Data, and various technical roles at Hewlett Packard and EDS in Australia and New Zealand. Richard earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from The University of Auckland and a Diploma in Business Computing from Unitec.
