Eli Schwinn is a civil engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University, earned in May 2023. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer in Civil/Site Development at GBA since May 2022, Eli previously held the position of Engineering Intern at Leavenworth County Kansas during two separate terms, where responsibilities included performing surveying tasks and mapping, as well as conducting bridge and culvert inspections.
