Kairat Saginaev is an experienced programming engineer currently employed at Gazinformservice since June 2016. Prior to this role, Kairat worked as a web developer at Karlsruher Institut für Technologie (KIT) in 2015, where responsibilities included the design and implementation of web application programming interfaces for the eCodicology project. In 2013, Kairat also contributed to another project at KIT focused on developing a data management software. Earlier experience includes web development at Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University, focusing on website design for entrants from 2009 to 2011. Kairat holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Savonia University of Applied Sciences, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computers and Automated Systems Software from Saint Petersburg State Marine Technical University, completed in 2011.
