Leonardo Malavasi is a seasoned game designer with extensive experience in mobile and PC game development. Currently a Game Designer at Gazeus Games since September 2021, Leonardo specializes in Live-Ops production, focusing on feature design to enhance player engagement and retention. Previously, roles at Space Bit Games included Producer and Lead Game Designer, where responsibilities encompassed team organization and project direction. Further experience includes game design at Space Sheep Games and QUARTOMUNDO, as well as project management and UX/UI design at Daisu Games. Leonardo’s early career featured leadership roles at iCAD Games and Massive Work Studio, contributing to notable projects such as DOLMEN and Spookyard, which received recognition at the Brazilian Games Symposium.
