Marité Río Nevado is a seasoned business coach with extensive experience in guiding organizations towards scaling and achieving their goals through methodologies such as Scaling Up and Exponential Organizations. Currently serving as a Business Coach at Growth Institute since 2013, Marité also leads TRANSFORMA CENTER S.A. as CEO, focusing on business and cultural transformation coaching for growing enterprises. With a background in human resources, Marité developed training methodologies and programs for various age groups and structured workshops across diverse fields. Additionally, Marité has expertise in quality management systems, having provided advisory services for the implementation of standards like ISO 9001 and HACCP. Marité's academic contributions include serving as a university lecturer in Food Science Engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala, where Marité earned a degree in the same field from 1992 to 1996.
