David Emerald Womeldorff is a seasoned organizational leader, co-founding the Center for the Empowerment Dynamic in 2005 and the Bainbridge Leadership Center in 2003, where consulting, coaching, and public speaking focus on leadership and organizational development. As Creator-in-Chief of 3 Vital Questions since 2018, David applies frameworks from The Empowerment Dynamic to enhance workplace engagement and facilitate change. David is also a faculty member at Growth Institute, delivering online courses designed to improve workplace relationships and outcomes. An accomplished author, David wrote "The Power of TED*", a best-selling fable on self-leadership, and previously served as Acting Director of Leadership and Organization Development at Bank One. David holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science and a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Wright State University.
