Tim Laird is an experienced professional currently serving as the Sales Floor Lead at Gazelle Sports since October 2022. Laird is the Founder of Dad's Heart, a platform dedicated to encouraging fathers to pray for their children's schools and provide support to those lacking fatherly influence. Previously, Laird held various roles, including Materials Lead at Adient, Inside Sales for the Western U.S. Region at Fleetwood Group, Inc., and Continuous Improvement Lead at Perrigo, where responsibility included training leaders in LeanSigma principles. Laird's career also features a self-employed role in Lean Manufacturing Education and a lengthy tenure in Continuous Improvement and Operations Supply Chain at Johnson Controls Automotive. Laird holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Hope College.
