Camil Manolache is an experienced maintenance professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Gay Lea Foods since March 2022, Camil oversees work order planning, scheduling for maintenance technicians, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Prior to this role, Camil was the Maintenance Specialist Team Leader at Oakrun Farm Bakery Ltd. and Aspire Bakeries, involved in troubleshooting machinery and equipment installation. Earlier experience includes serving as a Process Engineer at Arcelor Mittal in Romania, focusing on fluid distribution, and as a Maintenance and Operations Supervisor, where Camil coordinated maintenance activities and contractor projects. Camil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the "Lower Danube" University in Romania and completed technical education at the Industrial Technical College "Al. I. Cuza."
