Caitlyn Cypher is a Product Manager at Documate since August 2021. Prior to this role, Caitlyn worked as a Purchasing Agent at The Loxahatchee Club and held various roles at Hotel Ezra Cornell, including Executive Chef and Culinary Assistant Director. Caitlyn also gained experience as a Student Kitchen Manager at The Statler Hotel and as a Restaurant Operations Intern at The Dinex Group - Chef Daniel Boulud. Caitlyn's background includes positions such as Restaurant Management Intern at Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants and Pastry Cook at CH Patisserie. Caitlyn earned a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in December 2020.
