Ryan Teroy is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in recruitment and workforce management across multiple sectors. As the Founder and Partner of Gauge Trades Group since March 2023, Ryan specializes in the recruitment of skilled trades, craft labor, engineering, and administrative roles on a nationwide scale. Previously, Ryan served as the Founder and VP of Catapult Solutions Group from April 2013 to December 2022, focusing on IT solutions and workforce management. Earlier in the career, Ryan was a Staffing Executive at Aerotek from 1998 to 2013, overseeing operations and performance across multiple offices in Dallas and Oklahoma, including strategic direction, market expansion, and talent acquisition. Ryan holds a BS in Business Administration from Missouri State University.
