Katarzyna Gniadzik is an experienced Commercial Controlling Analyst at GATX Rail Europe since November 2018, specializing in data analysis, report preparation, and process improvement within the commercial sector. Prior to this role, Katarzyna served as a Research Analyst at JLL, where expertise in property and economic data collection and analysis was developed, alongside maintaining quality assurance measures and delivering data for clients. Previous experience includes a position as a Senior Research Analyst at Nielsen and a Junior Category Store Leader at Avon. Katarzyna began a career as a Research Analyst at Nielsen after completing a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Warsaw and is currently a Ph.D. student in Community Informatics at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology.
