Paul Morrison currently serves as Passenger Operations Manager and Security Team Manager at Gatwick Airport, with responsibilities encompassing passenger services and security operations since November 2019. Concurrently, Paul acts as a Volunteer Vaccinator for St John Ambulance. Prior to their current roles, Paul held various positions at Thomas Cook Airlines Limited, including Regional Manager and Regional Cabin Crew Manager, where management of cabin crew, recruitment, training, and performance assessments were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes the role of On-board Performance Manager at easyJet, focusing on crew development and performance monitoring.
