Mia Medina is a seasoned professional in the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry with a robust background in business management and sales. As the Founder and CEO of Gather Brands since August 2020, Mia leads a consulting agency dedicated to supporting women-owned and women-run companies. Prior to this role, Mia served as Regional Sales Director at IGNITE Sales Management, where responsibilities included overseeing brands within the Natural Channel. Additional experience includes co-owning Wave Soda, founding and leading Monkiface Organics, a maker of organic baby food, and holding executive positions at Green Shoots Distribution and Odwalla, with significant roles in business development and national account management at Acosta.
