Paula Margenau is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Human Resources Director at Gateways Community Services since February 2022, Paula has previously held prominent roles including Human Resources Director at Crotched Mountain and Assistant Administrator at Genesis. Additional experience includes positions as Human Resources Manager at Pleasant View Gardens and Magellan Diagnostics, as well as OA/CTS Director and Human Resources Manager at Adams and Associates, and Director of Business and Human Resources at Benchmark Senior Living. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Long Term Care Administration/Management from St. Josephs College and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Baker College.
