Matt Spencer has extensive experience in IT and technical support, currently serving as a Sr Level II Technical Analyst at Gateway One Lending & Finance - TCF Bank since September 2011. Responsibilities have included conducting training, managing server configurations, deploying video security systems, and streamlining processes for imaging new PCs. Notable achievements include migrating users from Windows XP to Windows 7 and managing Citrix/VMware thin client deployments. Previous roles include Network Administrator at Manage My IT and Technician at Allergan, among others, where Matt focused on network services and technical project coordination.
