Ndubuisi Obi, CSM, LSS Black Belt, currently serves as the Manager of Continuous Improvement at Gateway Mechanical Services since August 2022. Prior to this role, Ndubuisi worked at Canadian Natural Resources Limited (CNRL) from June 2017 to July 2022 as a Lean Six Sigma Coach & Project Manager and previously as a Geologist. Ndubuisi's career also includes experience as a Project Geologist at Shell from January 2012 to June 2017, and a Business Development Officer at Westfield Energy Resources Limited from August 2009 to August 2010, as well as a Junior Geologist at GEOCOGCUN Consult from March 2008 to August 2010. In terms of education, Ndubuisi obtained a Certificate in Digital Transformation from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management in October 2022, completed the HBX CoRE program at Harvard Business School Online focusing on Business Analytics, Financial Accounting, and Economics for Managers in August 2020, earned an M.Sc in Integrated Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Alberta in 2011, and received a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 2007.
