Lucy Devin McCaig, M.A., BCBA, has extensive experience in the field of behavior analysis and autism intervention. Currently working at Kyo, Lucy serves as a Behavior Analyst, New Hire Trainer & Assessor, RBT Mentor, Program Supervisor, and Senior Behavior Therapist. Prior to this, Lucy worked as an Advisory Mentor at the University of Colorado Boulder and as a Receptionist at Affiliated Doctors of Optometry Boulder. With a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and various other degrees and certificates, Lucy is dedicated to supporting individuals with autism in various settings.
