Titus Varghese began their work experience in 2021 as a Vice Chair for the IEEE Industry Applications Society. Titus held this role until December 2021. In 2023, Titus joined the Gateway Group of Companies as an Associate Software Engineer, and they are currently working in this position.

Titus Varghese began their education in 2008 at Kendriya Vidyalaya, where they pursued a High School degree in the field of Science. After completing their high school education in 2019, they enrolled at A D Patel Institute of Technology, CVM University to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in IT. Titus is expected to complete their degree in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Titus has also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they completed the "Technical Support Fundamentals" course offered by Coursera. In September 2020, they completed the "AWS Fundamentals: Building Serverless Applications," "AWS Fundamentals Specialization," "AWS Fundamentals: Addressing Security Risk," "AWS Fundamentals: Going Cloud-Native," "AWS Fundamentals: Migrating to the Cloud," and "The Bits and Bytes of Computer Networking" courses offered by Coursera. Furthermore, in April 2021, they completed the "Build a Face Recognition Application using Python" course, and in May 2021, they completed the "Step into Robotic Process Automation" course, both provided by GUVI guvi.in.
