Jay Magwadiya has extensive work experience in the field of software development and technical leadership. Jay began their career at eSense Learning Pvt Ltd in 2011 as a Software Developer. Jay then moved on to i-Engineering Software Pvt.Ltd. in 2012, where they worked as a Software Developer for two years. In 2014, they joined Softweb Solutions as a Technical Analyst and stayed with the company until 2015.

After that, Jay joined Prakash Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd in 2015 and served as a Software Engineer for three years. In 2018, they joined Gateway Group of Companies as a Senior Analyst Programmer and later progressed to the role of Technical Lead in 2020. Currently, Jay holds the position of Senior Technical Lead at Gateway Group of Companies, a position they have held since November 2021.
