Radhika Nalawade has extensive experience in electric mobility and business development, currently serving as Lead Electric Mobility, BDM, and KAM at Gates Corporation since January 2021. Previously, Radhika held the position of Senior Manager in CGT Sales and Marketing at Cummins Inc. from December 2019 to December 2020. Radhika's experience at GKN plc spanned from January 2013 to December 2019, encompassing roles as Business Development Manager for PAN India, Product Management, and R&D Process Analyst. Radhika also contributed as a Research and Development Engineer at GKN Sinter Metals Technology Centre in Germany for a brief period in 2012, following participation in the Graduate Rotational Engineering Programme at GKN Sinter Metals from June 2011 to July 2012, focused on operations management. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Metallurgy and Materials Science from COEP Technological University and completed secondary education at Holy Cross Convent School in India.
