Kalpesh Oswald Menezes has a strong background in finance and auditing, with over 20 years of experience. Kalpesh Oswald started their career in 1997 as an Audit member in various audit firms, where they gained valuable auditing experience. In 2004, they joined Kalyaniwalla & Mistry (formerly a member firm of Ernst & Young) as an Audit Senior, where they handled internal and statutory audits and assisted clients in preparing financial models. In 2005, they worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Manager in Taxation, where they represented clients before income-tax authorities and provided tax planning services. From 2005 to 2007, they worked at PKF International Limited as an Audit Senior. Since 2007, Kalpesh has been with Gates Corporation, initially as a Finance Manager (MENA region), then as a Finance Director (MENA region), and currently as the Finance Director - Oil & Gas, EMEA Region. Kalpesh Oswald has extensive experience in finance management and has played a crucial role in the financial operations of the company.

Kalpesh Oswald Menezes holds a degree in Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Mumbai, obtained from 1994 to 1998. Additionally, they are a certified Chartered Accountant (ACA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Kalpesh Oswald also completed an Executive MBA in Finance and Operations from SP Jain School of Global Management, with campuses in Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, and Sydney. In 2019, they gained the title of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants. Currently, they are pursuing a program at Toastmasters ICAT, starting in 2022.
