Erin R. has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Erin began their career as a Front Office Manager at Holland America Line and Princess Cruises Alaska and the Yukon in 2010, where they worked until 2016. Following this, they joined Arizona State University as an Administrative Assistant from 2016 to 2017. Erin then transitioned to the ASU Foundation for A New American University, where they served as an Administrative Assistant and Grants Coordinator from 2017 to 2019. Erin further expanded their administrative skills as an Executive Assistant/Interim Events Manager at the University of Washington College of the Environment from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Erin works at Gates Ventures as a Senior Executive Business Administrator, starting in 2022.

Erin R. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Arizona State University. Beyond their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications such as "Project Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in May 2022, "Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification" from Arizona State University in January 2019, and a "Thunderbird Executive Education Certificate" from Arizona State University in April 2018.
